Option to Downgrade a Upgrade

Bought a new PC with XP Pro with a free upgrade to Vista Business. I sent
for the upgrade, but haven't received it yet. My question is when doing a
upgrade clean install do you have the option to install a downgrade to Home
Premium, or is it locked into Vista Business. I understand all versions are
on the DVD.

Re: Option to Downgrade a Upgrade

The product key they provide you will allow you to install Business only.

All DVDs are the same. It's the product key that determines what get's
installed. If you get the Business upgrade product key that's all it will
do. What comes from an OEM as a free upgrade is a customized install for
that hardware.
