Upgrade to vista from another language

Hi. I'be got windows XP Pro in portuguese with SP2, but I want to upgrade to
Vista Business, but the vista is in English, so when I try to update it tells
me that I can't because my Xp is in portuguese and vista that I want to
install is in English.

I can I solve my problem?

I can't make a clean install because my Windows Vista CD it's onlyu an
Upgrade.

I also have one disk of Windows XP Pro Eng without any SPs. But it's not
installed.

Regards,
marco
