multiple accounts?

My bro bought vista for his pc and mine, so why can't we both share a product
key? I went to buy an additional license and it says, "coming soon". It says
it will shut down windows in 11 days if not activated. Help!

Re: multiple accounts?

Hi

I dont think you can share the same vista on tow computers. The best way
would be to call Microsoft and get an additional licence.

If your bro bought Vista for *both* of your computers,
he should have been getting 2 different keys.

If you bought a "simple" licence, no media, and your 30 days
grace periode is running out, then do a: "slmgr -rearm"
while waiting for your key.

Or backup what you need, and do a fresh and clean install
when your get your license.
