Getting to Bios

After installing Vista, I can no longer get to Bios using the keyboard.

Any suggestions?

Re: Getting to Bios

Connect the KB cable correct, this has nothing to do with Vista.

Re: Getting to Bios

The BIOS is accessible well before Vista even starts loading, so either your
keyboard isn't plugged in correctly ot you have a faulty keyboard. The
problem you are having isn't Vista related.

RE: Getting to Bios

Here is another check that you can do to see if your KB is even working, hit
F8 during POST to see if you can get into DOS Boot menu, if you can, this
says part of you KB is still working. Finally check your Delete or F2 keys,
which ever key you normally use to get to CMOS.

RE: Getting to Bios

Thanks to all the post. KB working except for del / getting to Bios. Del key
works fine in programs. I Have a new KB ordered.. FYI I am on Vista and the
(bad) KB as we speak. Also it was working fine before the Vista install.
