Welcome Screen

I am wondering if anyone can help. My new machine has come preloaded with
Vista business edition. I use this machine at work (as a part of a domain)
and home with restricted user rights to connect to my home network.

My old XP machine was set up so that on the welcome screen I could click on
the user name to access the domain or local account. Does anyone know how to
configure this with Vista?
