Vista Home Premium 32bit Upgrade to Vista Ultimate 64bit

Hi,

My PC is compatible with 64bit Vista, but came with 32bit Home Premium
installed.

Would there be a benefit/problem in doing this?

I have a Dell Dimension 9200 and they think it should be OK.

I intend to use it for photoggraph manipulation and some video editing.

Thanks,

Pete
