Vista - Computer Not Shutting Off or Restarting

Andre Lavictoire n/a posts	Computer Not Shutting Off or Restarting I recently bought a computer that had Windows Vista Home Prenium installed. When I go to ShutDown or Restart the computer it doesn't .... I'm forced to do a Cold Boot. Is there a Fix for this ?
