I did perform an upgrade installation of Vista over an OEM XP Op. System
conmputer but I'm still not happy with Vista. My question:
Can I use the Recovery CD that came in with my computer, format my hard
disk, install the OEM Windows XP back again and then upgrade to a CLEAN
installation of Vista so I can decide what OP system to use?

Yes, this is what I did. The clean install of Vista was far superior to the
upgrade over top of XP.
