RE: Installation of certain programs

Possible the file did not install correctly due to administrative priveleges
or it needs XP compatible mode.

Give these a shot:
1. Right-click the shortcut to the exectuable and select the option to run
in XP Compatible mode, or

2. Right-click the shortcut and select Run as Administrator, or

3. Uninstall the program and try installing again, but start the Setup file
by right-clicking the file and Run as Administrator.

Have you checked with the program authors to see if they will work on Vista?
