| | Joining domain via unattended installation We have been installing Vista via an unattended installation (made via the Windows System Image Manager WSIM). The Vista OS is installed. The logon screen shows us that we can logon to EDU, being our domain. But when doing so, using a domain account, we get the error message "The trust relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed" (error 1789) Furthermore there is no computer account found in AD. Anyone any ideas? Many thanks. If we join the pc manually to the domain, with the account also used in the autounattend.xml, then it is successful. |
