    AERO Option Missing

I have a centrino 1.73GHz, 1GB RAM, 128MB Geforce GO 6200 TC and have checked
that the display card and specs should be sufficient to the AERO interface.
Howevr, the option is simply missing from the Appearance Settings. I am
currently using Windows Vista Basic. There is no option above that for AERO.
    Does anyone know why?

I do not beleive Aero is part of the basic. I am curious why are you using
the basic? Most people who are beta testing are using the Ultimate version.

You are probably using AERO, but it does not have the translucency, if its
translucency its AERO Glass. Right click your desktop, click Personalize >
Visual Appearance, if Windows AERO is selected, then you have it.
