| | where is product key for pre installed office trial? I just bought a new laptop and the sells rep said it came with a 60 day trial of office. The office programs keep asking for a product key. Can someone tell me where to find that? Thanks, John |

| | Re: where is product key for pre installed office trial? Hi John, The free trial is usually either 60 days or 20 program starts. For a product key, you need to purchase the program, though there may be a temporary one in your documentation. There should be a prompt for this when you start the program. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Windows help - www.rickrogers.org "johntIII" <johntIII@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:3A5A7BE7-33A1-4147-AB34-EF7EF294B9E0@microsoft.com... >I just bought a new laptop and the sells rep said it came with a 60 day >trial > of office. | | Re: where is product key for pre installed office trial? Hey Rick, Thats for the advice. I did see that I had 25 chances to enter the program key. I just went to microsoft and downloaded a copy of office 2007 software and got a 60 day trial there and a product key. Thanks, John ick Rogers" wrote: > Hi John, > > The free trial is usually either 60 days or 20 program starts.
