Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit Boot Faliure / Cant Reinstall

I have a AMD socket 964 3.gig processor, 1gig ddr 2400 ram, 2 hard drives 1
300gig and 1 80 gig,

I had been using windows vista now for 3 weeks and then I was extracting
some files from an ISO image onto the hard drive and install Microsoft office
2007 at the same and the computer crashed in the middle of the installation.

Now I try to boot up the windows system and I cant boot in any manner, nor
in safe mode, debugging, anything.
Even with the windows vista cd in and booting from cd the option comes up to
boot the cd and it comes to a black screen NTOSKNL.exe is missing and can not
boot.
Then you press enter to continue and it brings you to a windows setup [ESM]
and windows memory tool option. Anyway this screen you can only press enter
and not load the windows setup.

I can not even load XP or anything or format the hard drives.
Is there anyhelp anyone can give me.
like making a custom boot cd or something to delete the original windows
installation.

Regards
Chris
