Windows Vista Installation Step 5 Problem

Hello, I am installing Windows Vista Business from Toshiba. I am at step 5
where it uninstalls programs and I have 2 left.

TOSHIBA ConfigFree
DVD-RAM Driver

For some reason these two programs won't uninstall. The error i get says:

An error (-5004 : 0x7e) has occurred while running setup.

Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other
applications. If the error still occurs, please contact your vendor: TOSHIBA.

I have tried turning off the program and uninstalling it, and I get the same
message.

You might want to contact Toshiba Tech support since this is some sort of
upgrade disk/utility they have provided.
