SBS client patch for Vista

Hello
We have SBS 2003 that has been upgraded to Win Server 2003 R1. Many SBS
2003 components still exist and we are still in the habit of using
connectcomputer wizard - which requires a client patch as discussed in the
above
article. Unfortuantely, I ran connectcomputer unsuccessfully before applying
the patch. When I now attempt to run the patch a window appears as follows

The update does not apply to your system

Each time Vista starts c:\windows\system32\\SERVER\setup\setup.exe /s SERVER
wants to run part of the connectcomputer routine, but Vista won't let it
continue and sends me to KB926505

How can I 'trip' Vista into letting me run the patch so connectcomputer can
continue?

NB I have successfully ran the patch before connectcomputer on another system

Thanks
