Do not open it with WinRAR. It IS an .iso file. WinRAR cannot read UDF
format iso files, which is why you only see the text file.
You need to burn the iso to dvd using the 'burn image' function in your
burning program. Nero works well for this.
When burning, burn at the lowest speed possible.
