Vista Tutorial - Installing IIS Windows features crashes in Windows Modules Install

The WMI is crashing when i try to install windows features - It seems to fail
in the IIS components and aborts any other windows features upgrades on Vista
Business.

I am running in to this very same problem too. I have Windows Vista Enterprise Edition, SP2 and with latest updates. When i try to add IIS via Program features it fails with this error. I remember IIS could be installed and used prior to SP2 update. Any solutions on this?
