Dream Scene

I just got my new computer yesterday with with windows vista home premium and
was told by dell that i can go to windowsvista.com to download the moving
background feature. As I am seeing though I may need vista ultimate to have
the windows background, is this true?

Re: Dream Scene

Rachel,

DreamScene is available for Vista Ultimate. It is not available for Home
Basic, Home Premium, Business or Enterprise versions. Vista Ultimate, being
the top-of-the-line version, offers it. Ultimate Extras include more than
just DreamScene, and more will be coming in the future. Dell is evidently
misinformed.

Best wishes,
John Baker

Yes, sort of, maybe. I've heard of an available program that adds
Dream Scene to other versions of Vista. I don't recall where to find
it but try Googling for it.

I should point out that I have Vista Ultimate and really enjoyed the
Dream Scene feature for almost 5 minutes before it became nothing but
annoying and turned it off. It's remained off since.

As always, YMMV.

Using the Windows Update feature in the Control Panel and download the
English Language Pack. Simple as that.
