| | activation and validation i have vista premium copy which is genuine but after i did a format and installed it again.it tells me that the product key is invalid when it is valid.But the validation process is successful and it passes but the activation failed with a error code.please advised what to do. -- LIVE LIFE |

Are you sure you are using the product key? The product key should be somewhere on your computer case, not on the CD case. -- Michael Solomon |
