Check for installed Defender on XP should be earlier

I am installing off the network, so things are slow. I did not like that the
install waited until after I entered my product key to halt the install and
make me uninstall Win Defender for XP and start over. It should have caught
the No-Go situations (as opposed to just warnings) before it asked me to go
to the trouble of entering my product key. Either that or given me a shortcut
which would allow me to continue where I left off after uninstalling Defender
for XP without starting over.
