Vista - Error Code 80070241

Ok, when I try to install Vista, a window comes up that says:

An error occured while copying setup files onto your local machine. Error
code is [80070241].

My system specs are:
HP Pavilion Slimline s7410n
1024MB DDR2 RAM
1.7GHz Intel Celeron M
224GB on the partition I'm trying to install to
(250GB total space)
128MB Video RAM

Vista Upgrade Advisor said that my computer is able to run Vista.

On the sticker on front of my computer, it says:
Designed for Windows XP, Windows Vista Premium Ready

I had a similar problem. I then burned a second copy and installed Vista
successfully. Subsequently, I could use the first copy to install Vista on
another machine.

This is the 3rd copy that I've made, though.
