Vista - ImageX error with Access Denied to files

Hello,
I am attempting to use ImageX and each time I get an error with access
denied to files. The first time it was accessing the
Security\Database\edb.log file that gave the problem I added that to the
exceptions in the wimscript.ini then ran it again, now it is dying on a
different file. I did not sysprep it yet, I wanted a copy of this exact
machine before I did the sysprep. Is that what might be causing the problem?
The Vista install is a Volume License.

It could very well be that all of the files required are not yet excluded.
For a basic system, then the standard exclusion list has worked fine for me.
On the other hand, when I added software to the base image prior to sysprep
/ imagex, it was necessary to add to the exclusion list.
