| | Win Def disables or not startup programs? How came that a program that I disabled to start at start-up, namely the antivirus Bitdefender, with no traces of it on the desktop or Windows Defender's “Currently Running Programs” or Task Manager’s Applications, is found to be started automatic and running happily in the background when looked at in Services? I thought that if I tell Win Def to disable a program from starting at start-up it should be the end of the matter!? |
