Vista - problem printing in vista

i have installed vista ultimate and it works fine with the exception
of printing I have an hp 2015 laser and i got the latest driver from
the hp site, put vista prints 1 page about every 8 seconds on all my
graphics GIF, JEPEG etc.. at first ifigured it was hs drivers but i
have since tried variuos printers with the same results. does any one
have this same problem and perhaps a solution because i am at my wits
end.
