Sysprep Clarification

If I am wanting to take a image of a vista machine and deploy it with
WDS unattendly with a unattend.xml file, skipping the OOBE, how (what
switches/sittings) should I use when I run sysprep? I can not get any
settings in my unattend.xml file to work except the
<UnsecureJoin>true</UnsecureJoin> which does join it to the domain
using a prestaged name. I can not get the xml file to answer ANY of
the OOBE questions.
