| | Memory Diagnostic Fails - Computer shut's down I try to run the Memory Diagnostic for Home Premium and the computer shuts down at about 30% on the first pass. Is there anything else other than RAM problems that could cause this situation? |

Actually, you are - they aren't padded by a power-saving "do nothing" idle state. You may not be using all of the CPU, but you certainly are using the CPU 100% of the time.
