XP Pro 32-bit to Vista Home Premium 64Bit

My brother has Vista Ultimate, so I took advantage of the Family discount and
got the Home Premium upgrade. So is it possible to upgrade from XP Pro 32
bit edition to Vista Home Premium 64-bit edition?

Thanks

It'll require a clean install (although it doesn't have to wipe the hard
drive).
