Vista - Where is the Arabic Language?

Where is the Arabic Language?

I have successfully installed Vista and added English and Arabic languages
but when i change to Arabic language and eventhough it's showing (Ar) on the
taskbar but it's actually typing English!!

My System SpecsSystem Spec
