Vista Tutorial - Installation of SamSung CLP-300 Printer on Vista Ultimate

Help!
I am unable to install SamSung CLP-300 printer to my HP Pavillion dv900
LapTop with Vista Ultimate 32/64 bit. I have successfully installed this
printer on my desk top with Vista Home Premium with no problems, but no go on
the laptop, have wasted hours, with no success!I have tried to install from
the CD, I have downloaded the Vista Driver (so called compatable with my OS!
) from samsung site, with no success. Keep getting error messages: "The
printer can't install the Samsung CLP-300 kernel mode printer driver. To
obtain a driver that is compatable with the version of windows that you are
running, contact the manafacurer"
"Windows found diver software for your device but encountered an error while
attempting to install it-The pinter driver is not compatable with a policy on
your computer that blocks NT 4.0 drivers" "Contact your device manafacturer"
I have contacted both Samsung & HP, they both say it is a windows problem
contact Microsoft, who are uncontactable during the hours I am available to
do so. I am going nuts!! I really need my printer, PLEASE HELP!!!
