windows vista home premium, Error message.

Hello! I am only new to this, and I need someone's help. my problem is: I
have updraded my computer to windows vista home premium, I used to have
windows xp before, on my windows xp, I used to have a file, (I think is a
file) call Tweakvi power toys. When I upgraded to windows vista, I decided to
remove this file or program, in other words deleted. But now when I turn the
computer on everytime, this message pops up on the screen: Error Loading
tweakvi.cpl, the specified module could not be found.

Could anyone tell me how I could get rid of this error message please!

thank you kindly!
Maria

You can use the Windows key and R-key which will show the Run box. You then
enter msconfig. You will then see the Startup tab, and look in there to see
if you see anything associated with Tweak anything and uncheck it so that it
doesn't run when you start the computer and login.
