Vista - Windows Upgrade anytime

I purchased a Windows Vista basic disc. I also purchased a Vista premium
upgrade thru upgrade anytime. I recieved a license which is in my digital
locker, however, when i tried to add RAID to my PC, it formatted both hard
drives and i spent 2 hours on the phone with microsoft getting a new license
key because the upgrade in my digital locker didn't work. Is it posible to
get another disk with Vista Premium on it, or at least a vista premium key
instead of the license?

Hi,

All versions of Vista are on any disk, it is the Product Key that unlocks
the features for the version you purchased. The one you have is good only
for upgrading an existing installation.
