| | Problems with dual boot I have an ACER Aspire T-650 w/ 2.8ghz proccesor, 160 gig hdd, 1.5gb ram. The hard drive is a Seagate SATA drive. When I try to install on a formatted partition from Win XP I get a message that windows can't find the ULi ....controller. When I try to boot and load Vista on the partition (it is a primary partition) I get the message to load the hard drive driver. I am new to dual booting and to SATA HDD's. I can't seam to get it to load and there are no drives listed in the box that is supposed to list the drives. I have succesfully upgraded to vista from XP however I would like to keep the OS's seperate due to some drivers and software that is not Vista ready. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
