Vista - Vista Express Upgrade

I ordered an express upgrade to Vista Business from Sony for my Vaio and the
install and was going well enough, it uninstalled a whole bunch of programs
then the Vista installation screen came up. I clicked Install Now then there
was a full screen of streams of lights with the Vista colors and it said
Please Wait... near the bottom and the cursor was an hourglass. After about
20 seconds though an error popped up saying "Windows Setup experienced an
unexpected error. To install Windows, restart the installation. Error code:
0x0" I've tried to restart it a number of times with the same result. I
checked the Upgrade Advisor and it said my computer was fit for the upgrade
and I don't know what else to do. Please help! Thank you!

If your Express Upgrade came with specific instructions from Sony make sure
you follow them to the letter. My HP Express upgrade came with specific
instructions from HP and a CD from HP containing updated drivers and other
programs.
