I built a computer and now trying to install Vista Home Premium. After the
computer reboots it keeps going back to Install Windows. What am I doing
    wrong?

Make sure when it reboots that you don't press any key to boot from DVD. Let
    it continue.

This information is not needed. It has nothing to do with the O/P's problem.

    Lorie,

Go into your BIOS and check the device boot order. CD/DVD drive first, then
hard drive, then floppy if you have one. It sounds as if you only have the
BIOS looking at the CD/DVD drive for booting.
