Installation error: 0xc00000e9

When doing a clean start (cold boot), just after rebooting and starting the
installation, windows indicates loading files, the error 0xc0000e9 appear. It
indicates that an external device may be disconnected while using it, however
this is not the case. It happens with both X86 and X64 versions.
What can be the problem ?
