Upgrade - Difference licence to disc version

I am running Vista Ultimate on a desktop and now wish to upgrade a laptop to
Vista.

The disc I have is the Ultimate version but for the laptop I only want to
install the Home Premium version. Can I just buy an additional licence from
the Microsoft web site to cover the Home Premium but use my Ultimate disc to
install the software.

No, you'll need to purchase a complete (DVD and License) Vista Home
Premium Upgrade.
