Choice of region for Microsoft services

Hi

I live in Sweden but prefer being conected to English MS sites when looking
for Services. As it is now I get conected to Swedish sites when looking for
MS info. My Vista is English language version. Google plays the same trick
giving Swedish region results. Is there a work a round? or are there any
settings that can adjusted.
