Vista - Run Easy Transfer Again?

Hello,
Using Belkin Easy Transfer cable and software transfering from old Win XP PC
to new Vista PC I had problems until I found a hidden Spybot program.

Vista computer now has two and three copies of many items (including photos)
and is missing many stored email folders.

Also I was unaware of W.E.T. Companion until too late to run it first.

Is there any way to start over, running W.E.T.C. first and then running
W.E.T. with out spyware fouling it up?
