| Guest | Reinstalling Vista How do i reinstall Vista as I'm experiencing loads of glitches eg drivers not being recognised? My machine came pre-installed. I have the product key but no discs. How do i go about this. Thanks for your help. |

Despite the fact you have no disks, your computer should have come with a means of restoring it to factory fresh condition. sometimes these allow for a reinstall, that depends on the manufacturer. That said, reinstalling is not going to fix devices that are not recognized. That's usually a driver issue. It may be hidden, so to see if there's a hidden partition, right-click on Computer, and choose Manage. Expand Storage, and open Disk Management. Besides your normal drive(s), do you see a volume that is not assigned a letter? If so, how big is the volume?
