Reinstalling Vista

How do i reinstall Vista as I'm experiencing loads of glitches eg drivers not
being recognised? My machine came pre-installed. I have the product key but
no discs. How do i go about this. Thanks for your help.

Despite the fact you have no disks, your computer should have come with a
means of restoring it to factory fresh condition. sometimes these allow for
a reinstall, that depends on the manufacturer.

That said, reinstalling is not going to fix devices that are not recognized.
That's usually a driver issue. Have you checked the websites of the various
manufacturers of your devices for the latest Vista compatible drivers?

Re: Reinstalling Vista

What is you computer Make and Model? Do you have a Recovery partition on
your computer? It may be hidden, so to see if there's a hidden partition,
right-click on Computer, and choose Manage. Expand Storage, and open Disk
Management. Besides your normal drive(s), do you see a volume that is not
assigned a letter? If so, how big is the volume?
