Vista - trouble installing

i am trying to install vista home premium and for like the third of forth
time and when i get to the screen where i enter the product code it lets me
enter it and push next, then it doesn't go any farther. i let it sit for
about an hour and it was still stuck at that page, is there anything i can do
or should i exchange it at the store?

There is lots you can do and there is lots of info we could give you if only
we knew anything at all about the machine that you are trying to install
Vista onto.
so with the info you gave us we can only advise you to return it to the
store....machine and all and let them install it for you.
