program shutdown

I have installed kes on windows vista successfully. However, when I open the
program after about 10 seconds a pop up shows the program has to close. I
contacted Kodak and they said it was because of quicktime. Well, they gave me
instructions to see if that worked, and it didn't. So, I uninstalled the
program again and it still hasn't worked. What else can I do?

RE: program shutdown

quicktime has always been a part of KES. The camera's movie works on
Quicktime. I got around the prob by not installing ES at all; just letting
vista select the Drivers for the camera stills.
