Easiest way to do a clean install of Vista Ultimate

I did an anytime upgrade on my laptop to upgrade from Business to Ultimate.
I want to reload Ultimate.
When I run the downloaded file from my digital locker, it says I can't run
it on the current OS (which is Ultimate)
What's the easiest way to do a clean install? Do I need to load Business
than install Ultimate?

Yes, that's correct. You have to follow the same upgrade path you
originally used.
