How to get other users in my computer to connect to internet

I have set up internet in the user "Administrator" and I have no problem to
connect to internet but I have to let other people enter into my user window
if they need to enter internet. Inthe guest window they can use all other
programs in the computer why not connect to internet?. Please advice.
