Pre-installed software product keys

I have Microsoft Word preintsalled on my computer, and when ever I open the
program, it asks for the product key to register it. The Problem is that I
have no clue as to were it is located, as it came with the OS. Does anyone
know where it is. I have went through all the documents that came with my
computer, and it is nowhere there either. Any help would be much appreciated.

Re: Pre-installed software product keys

You probably only received a 30 day trial vision of MS Word with your new
computer and now that it is expired your only option is to purchase a
regular retail license.
Contact your computer manufacturer for details of what they actually sold
you and what trial packages they also supplied on your system.

Re: Pre-installed software product keys

Many systems come with a trial version of Word. If that is the case, you
will have to buy a key. Call your computer tech services to find out where
they provide any keys as you haven't even disclosed your computer brand for
someone with the same product to reply.
