In-Place upgrade x32 to x64?

Hi Is this possible? See subject.

The hardware is OK. It's just the upgrade question.

Hello Egbert,

There is no upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit. You would need to clean install
x64.

No, it's not possible to perform an in-place upgrade from a 32-bit OS
to a 64-bit OS. A clean installation is your only option.
