Vista - XPS Installer

I tried to reintall XPS EP 1.0 but it concludes before installation is
completed. PC displays: There is aproblem with this Windows Installer
Package. There is a program that executes as a part of the installation but
it had not finished like expected. Make contact whit...
How do I fix it?

Contact the folks who make the software and ask them if it's Vista
compatible, or if a Vista compatible version is available.
