Vista Ultimate X64 Question

I'm currently building a new computer and I have't decided what os to use but
any ways here are the specs

Amd athlon 64x2 6000 (3.0) gihrtz
Msi k9 platinum mother board (socket am2)
4 gigs ddr2 pc800 ram
2 512 EVGA GeForce 7300 GT running in sli mode
Soundblaster X FI platinum
dvd rw
Dvd rom
atx case with 600 watt psu

The question I have is will Vista ultimate reconize all my ram when I
install it? cause I've read about the memory not being read untill after the
updates are done.
Since it's going to be oem what other problems can I expect? any resource or
info would be helpful cause microsoft doesn't offer much info and I'm not a
mindless ideot like they think.

RE: Vista Ultimate X64 Question

If you use 64 Bit it will recognize all your ram. Make sure in your Bios that
memory remap is enabled for 64 bit to see all 4 gig.
