Vista - Dual Boot not an option?

Hello.
I tried to install windows vista from the DVD that Microsoft shipped. The
scenario: One Disk with a working XP. Another Disk to install Vista. At
first I ran the installer from XP but got an error about a missing driver
(A347SCSI SCSI CONTROLLER) and the installer suggested to boot from the DVD
to install Vista and that's what I did. It installed fine, but I noticed I
don't have a boot menu to select XP or Vista.

The question is: How do I add XP to the boot manager if XP is not in the
list? I tried Vistaboot Pro but couldn't start XP from the menu created by
the program.

What happens If I remove the disk with Vista, and try to start the PC?

Any help will be appreciated.

I managed to boot from XP from the bios. I guess I can use that as my boot
menu, but this is not a good solution. Still I need to add XP to Vista boot
manager.

Another solution I thought was to reinstall Vista from XP again and ignore
the error that comes about the missing driver.

I need to fix this problem to troubleshoot another one:
Vista is not recognizing my Nvidia geoforce 6200 (128Mb) and it is seeing it
as 16MBb in a generic monitor. Installing the Nvidia beta driver for vista
didn't help. Not even the Nvidia control panel is seeing the card.

Please, can someone help me with this?

You should install XP first. You need to supply the requested driver. If
you cannot find the driver diskette that came with your mobo then download
the driver from the manufacturer's website. Vista is installed after you
have XP running OK.
