I can't install any software like games, tools or drivers.
Also I can't install my Logitech Quick Cam (When I ran XP and just had
insert USB-cable of my cam everything worked perfectly) or other USB-devices
that worked without any installing drivers in Windows XP.

Can someone help me, please?

It might be easier to advise you if could supply more information.

What type of system are you using? Is it a 32-bit or 64-bit?
If it is a 64-bit system, are you installing the 32 or 64-bit version of
Vista?
Can you tell us what error messages you get when trying to install your
software?
