How to stop mouse hovering activation

Whenever the mouse pointer is over some function for too long, this function
is activated automatically. How do I stop this? Default back to clicking for
ativation.

Control Panel > Ease of Access Center > Make the mouse easier to use >
Deselect "Activate Windows by hovering over it with the mouse."
